Kieran completed his undergraduate in Natural Sciences at Cambridge, with interests in Materials Chemistry and Energy Storage Devices, before starting as a PhD student with Prof. Dominic Wright and Prof. Clare Grey in 2022.

 

He is currently focused on the synthesis and characterisation of polyphosphazene-based materials to act as artificial interphases in alkali metal-based battery systems.
