Pei-Yu was conferred a doctoral degree by Sun Yat-Sen University in 2025. During her doctoral studies, she spent a year as a visiting doctoral student at the University of Sussex. Upon graduation, she briefly served as a research assistant at Peking University. In 2026, she officially joined the Wright research group and embarked on her journey as a postdoctoral researcher. Her research interests will be centred around multifunctional p-/f-block compounds. Beyond the laboratory, she has a passion for travelling and hiking, finding solace and inspiration in exploring the world and nature.
